1. Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions apply fully to any user ("player", "you") who uses the website and services of iwdet (referred to hereafter as the "platform"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document.

iwdet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published means you accept the updated terms. As this is your own responsibility, we recommend reviewing this document regularly.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Only persons aged 21 and over may access this platform. If at any point it is found that a player is under 21, iwdet will immediately close that account, withhold any remaining balance, and forfeit all bonus funds.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their country or region. iwdet is not in a position to provide legal advice on whether use is lawful in your area, so please check your local laws yourself.

• Each player must register an account using accurate personal information that belongs solely to them.
• Each individual may open only one account on the platform.
• Using another person's personal information, temporarily borrowing, or selling an account will result in immediate closure of that account.
• iwdet employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to play on this platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access the platform, players must register an account using their accurate personal information. If the details provided during registration are incorrect or there is no way to contact the player, iwdet may suspend any pending payments.

3.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login details and password secure and must not share them with anyone else. Players are solely responsible for all activities carried out on their account. If any suspicious activity is found, contact iwdet's customer service team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

If iwdet can prove that a player has engaged in multi-accounting, unauthorized access, or any form of fraud, the account will be closed immediately without notice and any remaining balance will not be distributed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policies

4.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. You can only play after the deposit amount has been credited to your account. If you have any issues at the time of deposit, please contact customer service.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks and processing normally takes 10–45 minutes. However, if verification is required it may take longer. Players can only withdraw to the bank account or payment application registered to their account.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed by iwdet after review.
• To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, the wagering requirements stated in the bonus policy must be met first.
• Funds obtained through suspicious transactions, financial fraud, or illegal activity may be voided and withdrawal may be refused.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policies

5.1 Welcome Bonus

iwdet offers a 200% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount on the platform.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,020,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be voided and only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.
• If iwdet finds that a bonus has been deliberately abused, the bonus will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• For meeting the bonus wagering requirement, slots games contribute 100%, while live casino games may vary depending on the game type.

5.3 Referral Bonus

If a player invites a friend to the platform and that friend makes their first deposit, the player will receive 5% of that deposit (up to 20,000 Ks per friend) as bonus funds. In addition, the referrer will receive 0.1% of their referred players' valid bets as a weekly commission.

6. VIP Tier Programme

iwdet's VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players keep playing, they move up the tiers and receive higher cashback rates.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP cashback will be credited to the player's account every Monday. The cashback received can only be withdrawn once the bonus policy requirements are met. VIP tier is determined by iwdet based on genuine regular play, not promotional activity.

7. Unfair Play & Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iwdet platform —

• Multi-accounting — one person holding more than one account
• Deliberate bonus abuse
• Attempting to cheat or hack game software
• Money transfers linked to money laundering
• Registering with fraudulent or fake information
• Rude behaviour or persistent harassment of platform staff

If any of the above actions are found, the player's account will be immediately suspended, outstanding balances may be forfeited, and further action may be taken if necessary.

8。 Game Policies

The platform offers Live Casino, Slots, football, cockfighting, and Esports games. All games are conducted fairly, and iwdet is not responsible for any game outcomes.

• Winnings obtained through game software bugs will not be considered valid and will be voided.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network connection failure, the last recorded action will be determined based on server logs.
• For football and Esports games, stakes for postponed or cancelled matches will be refunded at the original amount.

9。 Personal Data and Security

iwdet protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and does not share that data with third parties without the player's consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

When financial verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is requested, the player must provide any proof of identity directed by iwdet, and withdrawals will only be processed after that verification is complete.

10。 Limitation of Liability

iwdet is not responsible for losses caused by unforeseen external circumstances (e.g. network outages, third-party server issues, natural disasters). While iwdet will make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, players should be aware that temporary downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance.

For any matter related to iwdet's services, the maximum remedy available from the platform will not exceed the player's account balance.

11。 Responsible Gaming (Responsible Gaming)

iwdet cares about its players' healthy approach to gaming. Games are for entertainment and leisure only. If any player feels that gaming is affecting their income or relationships, stop immediately and contact a qualified professional or our support team. • Players may request a temporary or permanent account suspension through customer support.

12。 Contact and Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, the player must first raise it with customer support, and iwdet will investigate and provide a reasonable resolution. A response will be given within 14 days of submission. If the matter cannot be resolved through normal channels, iwdet and the player will work together to reach an agreement.

13。 Amendments and Termination

iwdet may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms regularly before accessing the iwdet platform.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply without that provision.
