How to Withdraw

If you try to withdraw less than this, the transaction will not go through — top up your balance to 20,000 Ks or more before withdrawing. There are no additional limits imposed on either side.
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The time can vary depending on the payment method, the verification level required, and network service conditions. If you haven't received your money after 45 minutes with any payment method, contact the support team right away — including your transaction ID when you do will help speed up the resolution.
iwdet's withdrawal processing runs 24/7, and we aim to process requests within 10–45 minutes even at night, on Saturdays, and on Sundays. That said, delays caused by mobile payment services can be outside our control. If that happens, you can contact support in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
For security and ownership verification, withdrawals can only be sent to a payment wallet that matches the name on your iwdet account. Requests to withdraw to a third party's wallet may be rejected. When registering, make sure your wallet name is entered correctly — if there is a mismatch, contact support in advance to sort it out.
To withdraw winnings earned from bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for iwdet's Welcome Bonus is bonus amount × 20. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, and you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw bonus winnings. If you deposit 520,000 Ks you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, and the wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

Change your password immediately, check your account for any changes to your balance or betting history, then contact iwdet's 24/7 live chat to report the incident. The support team can temporarily suspend your account while they investigate. If any large withdrawals have occurred, prepare a statement — note the time both incidents took place.

How to deposit
You can deposit at iwdet using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. These three methods are the most widely used by players in Myanmar and make payments straightforward. Deposits are usually processed almost instantly, and you can check that the amount has appeared in your account. Make sure your deposit is at least 20,000 Ks.
To deposit with KBZPay, use the KBZPay phone number or QR code provided by iwdet. After the transfer, note the transaction ID and enter it when submitting your deposit record. Double-check that the amount is correct, and be aware that confirmation can take 10–45 minutes. The same process applies for Wave Money and AYA Pay.
The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, and this applies to all payment methods including KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Deposits below this amount may not be processed. To claim the 200% Welcome Bonus, deposit 20,000 Ks or more — depositing 20,000 Ks gives you a 40,000 Ks bonus, bringing your balance to 60,000 Ks.
